Mr. Vijay Kumar Dubey, currently serving as the Registrar of Vidya University, Meerut, brings with him over 24 years of rich experience in educational administration. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).

He possesses in-depth knowledge of higher education regulations, governance practices, and academic conventions as prescribed by national regulatory bodies such as the University Grants Commission (UGC), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), National Board of Accreditation (NBA), and National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

Mr. Dubey is also well-versed in the norms and regulatory frameworks established by professional councils including the Bar Council of India, Pharmacy Council of India, National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), State and Central Medical Councils, Nursing Council of India, and the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).

His comprehensive understanding of the higher education ecosystem enables him to contribute effectively to institutional policy, accreditation processes, and administrative excellence at Vidya University.
