As the Controller of Examinations, I am committed to creating an environment where each student becomes a well-rounded individual, equipped with not only knowledge but also essential skills and values. It gives me great pride to welcome you to VU as you embark on the most crucial part of your education that will shape the rest of your lives. The University has been established to groom students to become self —reliant professionals who would become constructive citizens of the societies they live in. It was driven by my desire to create such kind of system for education where students will neither be deprived nor categorized on the basis of their economic status, family conditions or urban/rural background. The Examination is one of the ways to assess the student’s learning. The prime responsibility of Centre for Examinations is conduction of all Examinations in a fair and systematic manner. We are also determined to develop an Examination system where the emphasis should be on inculcating skills rather than testing the memories of students. We undertake the full range of administrative duties associated with the Examinations i.e. Conducting Examinations, Inspection of Examinations, processing Examination results, preparing transcripts and certificates etc.

Dr. Neha H. Doshi holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology and has earned dual master's degrees—Master of Science in Microbiology and Master of Science in Biochemistry. Additionally, she holds a PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications) and DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology), showcasing her broad academic background and multidisciplinary expertise.

With over 20 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration, Dr. Doshi currently serves as the Director of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and Controller of Examinations at Vidya University, Meerut. She is instrumental in leading quality enhancement initiatives, overseeing accreditation processes (/NIRF/NAAC/NBA), academic audits, and implementing examination reforms.

Dr. Doshi has published multiple research papers in internationally reputed journals and has filed Indian patents in the fields of environmental biotechnology and climate sustainability. She has been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the Best Teacher Award and Best Head/Principal Award. Additionally, she is listed among India’s 100 Powerful Personalities by Glantor, acknowledging her significant influence and leadership in higher education.

Research Interests: Environmental Microbiology, Biosorption & Bio-remediation, Phytochemistry, and Climate Impact Studies.
